کاژه یک جمع ارزش‌محور و هدفمند از زنان حرفه‌ای ایرانی‌ست؛ جایی که با هم ارتباط می‌گیریم، یاد می‌گیریم، رشد می‌کنیم، رهبری می‌کنیم و کنار هم شکوفا می‌شویم. ریشه‌گرفته از هویت، اهداف و انگیزه‌های مشترک، کاژه فضایی فراهم می‌کنه برای ارتباطات معنادار، حمایت واقعی و شکل‌گیری ایده‌ها و مسیرهای جسورانه. فرقی نمی‌کنه در حال ساختن کسب‌و‌کار خودت باشی، مسیر شغلی‌ات رو پیش ببری، یا صرفاً به دنبال جمعی از زنانی باشی که بلندپروازی و ارزش‌هات رو درک می‌کنن – کاژه جاییه که همه‌ی این‌ها به هم می‌رسن. اینجا جاییه که زنان قوی و خوش‌فکر کنار هم جمع می‌شن تا آینده‌ای متفاوت رو بسازن.

Kajé was born to create a safe and empowering space for professional Iranian women in Canada who aspire to grow, thrive, and succeed. As women, we face unique challenges – especially when navigating new cultures or countries balancing fresh beginnings with the uncertainties of the unknown, regardless of being first, second, or third-generation immigrants.
Kajé bridges this gap by bringing like-minded women together and fostering an exclusive, high-quality network where we can support one another, share experiences, and grow collectively.
